Anand Trivedi is a Co-Founder & Managing Partner of Nepean Capital. He has over 24 years of experience in the Indian and Asian financial industry, of which 16 years were spent investing in public and private markets His last role was Managing Director & Head of GE Private Equity in India investing primarily in Indian Mid Caps with strong growth potential. Prior to GE, he spent several years in Hong Kong as a fund manager with Nicholas Applegate Capital Management investing in India and Asia. He later worked in the Equity Capital Markets teams at Lehman Brothers (Hong Kong) and ABN AMRO Rothschild (Hong Kong). Anand also ran Principal Investments at Shinsei Bank in India. He has strong corporate experience having worked for 4 years in the Corporate Finance and M&A team at Reliance Industries Ltd. Anand sits on the board of Extramarks Eductions India Pvt. Ltd. and UFO Moviez India Ltd. He has previously served as a Board observer on various investee companies, namely Sygene Ltd., Control & Switchgears Ltd., Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd., Sudhir Gensets Ltd. & Oriental Structural Engineers Ltd.
