Mr. Pandole graduated with Honors in Economics from Harvard College in 1992. He gained an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School in 1995. He is a former Junior National Squash Champion on multiple occasions and has represented India.Mr. Pandole was Vice-President and member of the core investment team at Alliance Capital Mutual Fund between 1995–2000, responsible for managing $250mn, including FII and MF assets. He also assumed an Asian Coverage Research role and provided investment inputs into Alliance-DLJ, a $100mn Private Equity Fund at the time.Mr. Pandole moved to the sell-side, from 2000-09 at Citigroup Global Markets, where he was Head of Indian Equity Distribution. Thereafter, Mr. Pandole was Director, Equity Sales at Bank of America-Merrill Lynch until 2013.Most recently he was an Equity Portfolio Manager at HDFC Life, generating substantial outperformance over benchmark.
